Qualifications

• Experience supporting knowledge management, document control, project administration, facilities operations, or business process management.
• Experience organizing, maintaining, and retrieving technical documentation, project records, or electronic document repositories.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with knowledge managers, project managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to support performance management, governance, and customer interface initiatives.
• Maintain and improve knowledge management systems, shared databases, and document repositories for accurate project information.
• Develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and processes for leadership project performance metrics.
• Review business processes and recommend improvements to strengthen efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
• Support financial documentation, internal controls, and audit compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Administer, catalog, organize, and maintain as-built drawings, construction documents, and project records.
• Support project closeout activities, audits, and documentation reviews for completeness and customer compliance.
• Provide engineers, designers, project managers, and facilities personnel with drawings and data to support planning and design.
• Participate in knowledge management meetings, site visits, and cross-functional coordination to identify process improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, document control practices, and knowledge-sharing resources.
