Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Two (2) years of multi-family apartment janitorial experience.
• All levels of experience and education welcome.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of the facility including grounds and buildings.
• Performs janitorial duties for apartment turnovers and common areas.
• Clean common area floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or steam-cleaning as needed.
• Inspect facilities for safety compliance and ensure work is completed safely.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized areas including restrooms and storage areas.
• Remain on-call per scheduled rotation and provide coverage as needed.
