You will follow safety standards, maintain equipment and restrooms, and respond to tickets from staff. This is a full-time, on-site position in a dynamic housing-focused organization with strong commitment to community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• All experience levels welcome.
• CPR/First Aid training obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Uphold facility maintenance and cleanliness across assigned properties.
• Turnover cleaning of apartments including appliances and surfaces.
• Clean common areas and floors; vacuum, mop, or steam-clean carpets.
• Inspect facilities for safety and ensure compliance.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and restrooms.
• Respond to tickets and support staff; be on call.
• Drive as required; support other buildings within portfolio.
