• Coordinate with UAB IT, HSIS, vendors, and Facilities stakeholders.
• Develop device configuration standards and service expectations.
• Plan and track technology replacement needs and budgets.
• Supervise staff and ensure customer-focused service.
• Prepare reports on inventory, service volumes, and improvements.
• Support BAS workstations and building automation technology.
