Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Facilities and IT Support Coordinator to perform preventive maintenance on facilities and machinery, coordinate IT tickets with Grand Rapids IT, and ensure EH&S procedures are followed at the Mesa location. The role includes scheduling resources, managing vendors, and supporting emergency response teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to prioritize work and solve problems.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills to coordinate IT tickets and set up new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and resolve maintenance requests via the Borisch Maintenance Request system.
• Establish preventative maintenance schedule for production equipment and facilities upkeep.
• Oversee and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and perform unscheduled repairs; schedule qualified vendors when needed.
• Manage cost-effective contracts for maintenance services (landscaping, electrical, HVAC).
• Assist with ergonomic assessments and incident reports.
