Job summary

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. is seeking an organized Facilities Inventory Specialist in Oklahoma City to manage warehouse spaces, catalog items, and support furniture and equipment upkeep across the Art & Creative department.

You will pull and return merchandise, assist with general facilities maintenance, and coordinate with the team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining safety and confidentiality. Training for forklifts and related equipment is provided.

Qualifications

  • Experience or qualifications in a related field with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Proficient Mac and Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Strong work ethic with professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and accountability.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively with patience and intelligence.
  • Ability to perform Essential Job Functions with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to perform job duties at the corporate office in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

  • Routinely organize and catalog warehouse and storage areas.
  • Pull and return merchandise as needed.
  • Assist Team Leader with general facilities maintenance as needed.
  • Support housekeeping team as needed.
  • Perform work-related errands, including transportation of equipment between buildings/venues.
  • Anticipate obstacles and take initiative to communicate and problem-solve before/as they arise.
  • Consistently provide high quality work, often under the pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Seek and maintain excellent working relationships across the Department and Company.
  • Learn new techniques, tools, and technology as required.

We're looking for a proactive, hands-on team member who is just as comfortable tracking inventory in the warehouse as they are changing a light bulb or fixing a desk drawer.
