Job summary

SonoVision, Beaverton, OR, is seeking a Facilities & Inventory Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, organize warehouse areas, and support repair and fulfillment teams. You will perform hands-on facility upkeep, conduct counts, and coordinate parts across departments.

The role requires organization, detail-oriented work, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and basic tool use are needed; reports to the Chief Operational Officer.

Qualifications

• Experience or aptitude in inventory, warehouse operations, facilities support, logistics, or basic maintenance.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and follow-through.
• Comfort using computers and inventory records, plus basic hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Identify building needs, perform approved minor fixes, and coordinate work orders and electronic waste pickups.
• Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and verify technicians’ part checkouts and locations.
• Sort and route parts from technical work areas, including repair, core, and sellable inventory.
• Keep warehouse, testing, core storage, and shared spaces organized.
• Coordinate core transfers and outgoing shipment documentation with administrative and logistics colleagues.
• Participate in safety inspections, maintain inventory procedures, and assist Receiving and Logistics when needed.
• Keep the COO informed about projects, issues, and decisions requiring approval.
