Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time, priority setting, and project management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small project facility renovations & repairs; develop budgets, schedules, and status.
• Assist with administration of company fleet vehicle program.
• Assist with processing purchase orders and payments for facilities projects and leases.
• Support energy conservation projects and efforts.
• Organize and maintain the department's central Facility files and information.
• Create, maintain, and update departmental procedures and standard work documentation.
• Take on project management or administrative tasks within Support Services as assigned.
