Brown Advisory is seeking an experienced Facilities Infrastructure Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and projects across the firm’s office portfolio in Baltimore. You will lead relocations, renovations, and decommissioning while ensuring safe, efficient workplaces and strong vendor partnerships.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with Security, IT, and stakeholders, and travel to office locations for site reviews and project oversight.

The Facilities Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the management of facility operations, maintenance programs, office projects, relocations, renovations, and decommissioning activities across Brown Advisory's office portfolio. This role ensures safe, efficient, and productive work environments while leading facility-related projects from planning through completion.
Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility operational issues to ensure all offices meet the needs of clients, associates, and visitors; work with Director of Corporate Services and Facilities Specialist(s) or vendors to establish short- and long-term facilities plans Conduct regular office assessments and establish routine communication regarding maintenance activities and project work across all locations; support capex budgeting process by understanding critical improvements required across portfolio Manage vendors and coordinate services with property management teams, including building systems maintenance, fire and life safety systems, janitorial services, repair contractors, and other location-specific service providers Establish preventative maintenance schedules and monitor completion of facility-related work Partner with Security to ensure workplace safety and security standards are maintained and coordinate responses with landlords and property management teams regarding facility issues and emergencies Travel to office locations to conduct site reviews, project oversight, and facility assessments Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations including weather-related events, power outages, building closures, emergency notifications, and business continuity events Provide 24/7 response coordination as required for critical incidents affecting office operations Manage approved facilities budgets and provide regular reporting to the Director of Corporate Services and Office Heads Lead and directly manage office openings, relocations, renovations, expansions, and office closure/decommissioning projects, including corporate renovations, restacks, and swing space coordination; ensure project plans prioritize business and operational continuity Assist Director of Corporate Services in management of third-party vendors to ensure alignment with business requirements, scope, schedules, budgets, and design standards Coordinate project activities among Corporate Services, OSG Associates or Facilities Leads, Office Heads, IT, Security, and other stakeholders on any key facility related matters Coordinate furniture, technology, occupancy planning, and relocation-management efforts, including office restacks or moving into temporary space(s) during renovation projects Ensure successful transition of completed projects into ongoing operations and workplace support functions Identify opportunities to improve workplace efficiency, facility performance, and overall employee experience across the office portfolio
MD Salary: $120-$150k. Commensurate with experience and location. Does not include bonus or long term incentive eligibility (if applicable).
