Georgia-Pacific Toledo is seeking an Facilities Infrastructure Leader to manage the infrastructure program for safe, efficient operation of all mill assets, including building envelope and non-production infrastructure. This role interfaces with mill leadership and the corporate Facility Infrastructure team to ensure compliance and develop long-term FI asset strategy.

The Facilities Infrastructure Leader is responsible for managing the infrastructure program to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all mill infrastructure assets within the facility. This includes the building envelope, and all structural, civil, mechanical, and employee experience related assets not directly tied to the production process. The FI will be the key interface between the mill leadership team and the GP corporate Facility Infrastructure team to ensure that all assets are operating in compliance with all corporate and regulatory requirements. They will also lead the development of the long-term FI asset strategy.
Georgia-Pacific Toledo is a producer of brown paper used to make cardboard and is a leader in recycling in the Northwest. The Toledo mill manufactures both linerboard and corrugated medium and supports a fast-paced, continuous manufacturing environment.
The Toledo mill is located within a short drive of the Oregon Coast and offers access to fishing, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, and many other outdoor activities. The facility is supported by a collaborative team focused on safety, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
