Job summary

The role uses AutoCAD 2D, Bluebeam, EDMS, and SQL tools to analyze space data, coordinate with project teams, and prepare presentations for stakeholders. Partial remote work is possible, with travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in building floor planning, CAD drafting, and space data management.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems, EDMS, and relational databases.
• Ability to read construction documents and generate reports for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create building floor plans using CAD for UTMB facilities.
• Walk sites for space inventory and verify drawings with field teams.
• Coordinate with project delivery teams for planning and activation tasks.
• Maintain CAFM data and generate space reports for internal/external requests.
• Manage EDMS for archiving construction documents and train staff on access.
• Design organization charts, diagrams, and posters as required.
• Learn new software tools as needed and perform related duties.
