Job summary

SanMar in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Facilities I, DC team member to perform daily cleaning and sanitation of the building, including trash removal, sweeping, and vacuuming in offices and showroom.

You will restock restrooms and break room supplies, follow directions, and maintain logs as required. Overtime may be required; PPE and MSDS safety guidelines must be followed. Shift: Monday–Friday 12:30PM–9:00PM.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months experience in a related field preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate with staff.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.
• Knowledge of floor care chemicals and equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of the building, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in offices and showroom.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and break room as needed.
• Maintain a daily log of tasks assigned and completed if required.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
