Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking a Facilities I/Janitorial worker to perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of the warehouse and showroom areas. The role includes restocking restroom and break room supplies, and maintaining basic task logs.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least six months in related work, good communication, and the ability to follow directions. Overtime, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of related cleaning or janitorial experience.
• Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate clearly.
• Willingness to follow directions and adapt to priorities.
• Knowledge of floor care chemicals and equipment preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Must comply with PPE requirements.
• Able to read MSDS and locate MSDS books.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and reliability.
• Able to work independently or in a team; punctual.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of building areas including bathrooms and break room.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain a daily log of tasks and outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends.
