Qualifications

• Knowledge of floor care, floor care chemicals, sanitizers and building maintenance equipment preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities.
• Must comply with all internal PPE requirements.
• Understand how to read an MSDS and know MSDS locations.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of the building, including trash removal, sweeping, and mopping of floors in restrooms and break room; vacuuming carpets in offices and showroom.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and break room as needed.
• May be required to maintain a daily log of tasks assigned and completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
