Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Facilities Technician to operate and maintain building systems across a multi-building campus in El Paso, TX. The role emphasizes reliability-based maintenance, contractor coordination, and regulatory compliance.

The position supports HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems with hands-on PM, safety training, and documentation using Corrigo CMMS. On-call rotations and a Monday–Friday schedule are expected for operational needs.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of facility-related maintenance experience.
• Strong HVAC experience with knowledge of components and operation.
• HVAC and EPA certifications required.
• Experience with CMMS (Corrigo) required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC and building systems.
• Review equipment logs and report malfunctions promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and related systems.
• Oversee contractors and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and track assets.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support.
