Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Wisconsin Dells, is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain and repair our expansive HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring guest comfort and energy efficiency. You will work within a leadership-driven team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold safety standards.

With 3+ years in HVAC, you’ll contribute to preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and collaboration across departments, while supporting a culture that embodies our Promise: Lead with Love.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing HVAC trade work.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain indoor air quality and comfortable temperatures for guests.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments to minimize disruption.
• Safely handle refrigerants and chemicals according to environmental guidelines.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a HVAC Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure guest comfort by maintaining proper indoor air quality and temperature levels.
• Optimize system operations for energy efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to HVAC-related emergencies and guest complaints.
• Assist with the installation of new HVAC systems and components if applicable.
• Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory records.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance tasks with minimal disruption.
• Safely handle refrigerants and chemicals according to industry and environmental guidelines.
