Job summary

Micron is seeking a Supervisor Facilities HVAC Operations to oversee the mechanical operations of a semiconductor facility in Boise. This role ensures a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace while maintaining optimal operating conditions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in HVAC and mechanical systems within manufacturing, plus supervisory experience. TPM familiarity is preferred, with potential involvement in Agentic AI workflow opportunities in future processes.

Qualifications

• HVAC and mechanical systems experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of TPM methodologies and maintenance best practices.
• Experience supervising or coordinating in a manufacturing environment.
• Preference for semiconductor facility exposure or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains subject matter expertise and supports decision-making for continuous improvement.
• Ensures team certifications and training are completed.
• Oversees preventive maintenance (PMs) and work orders for timely completion.
• Develops procedures and training to ensure safe, accurate, and consistent work.
• Owns area/shift performance and drives team accountability.
• Monitors equipment and area performance to identify issues and improve stability.
• Promotes Safety and Quality through TPM and certification adherence.
