Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively implement and manage a facility management program.
• Performance manage, develop and train staff.
• Plan and monitor appropriate staffing levels.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and codes.
• Oversee environmental health and safety.
• Ensure facility security and respond to alarms.
• Address requests from facility occupants promptly.
• Inspect trash removal, dusting, window washing, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
