Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, hallways, lobbies, break areas, restrooms, and laboratory areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, and buffers.
• Clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies with vacuum.
• Dust furniture, light fixtures, and window sills.
• Maintain sanitary facility through washing and replacements of equipment.
• Dispose of trash and waste as needed.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, commodes, etc.
• Report repairs to Facilities Manager.
• Follow safety precautions in housekeeping services.
• Participate in process improvements and measure analytics.
• Contribute to team efforts to meet department goals.
• Provide leadership through example and knowledge sharing.
