Job summary

Harvard Maintenance is seeking a Cleaner in Nashville. The role covers cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, and more across sites. Multiple shifts and opportunities including full-time, part-time, and seasonal are available.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of cleaning experience, good communication skills, and reliable transportation. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work assigned hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and dispose of waste properly
• Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
• Performs additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and spills
• Capable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, lifting, and standing for extended periods
