Job summary

Partou’s National Support Centre in Denton is hiring a Facilities Helpdesk Assistant to join our nationwide nursery network. This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with hybrid work (2 days remote) and a £26,000 annual salary.

You will be the first point of contact for facilities and maintenance, coordinating with nurseries and suppliers and helping keep our sites safe, compliant and well-supported. Training and benefits are provided through Partou Academy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for facilities and maintenance enquiries across our nursery network.
• Manage incoming maintenance requests via phone, email and helpdesk systems.
• Log, prioritise and escalate reactive maintenance issues.
• Liaise daily with nurseries, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor ticket progress and ensure SLAs are achieved.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and goods receipting.
• Review contractor quotations before approval.
• Support compliance documentation and records management.
• Provide feedback on contractor performance to support continuous improvement
