The position offers year-round employment with a stable schedule and competitive benefits. Pay rate is $16.63 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to landscaping, snow removal, building upkeep, and support for office moves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of landscaping/groundskeeping experience or technical training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain agency grounds through mowing, mulching, raking, pruning, and general landscaping.
• Perform snow and ice removal, including shoveling, salting, and maintaining safe walkways.
• Assist with facility cleaning and janitorial responsibilities as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and care of landscaping and groundskeeping equipment.
• Help maintain building exteriors and complete general maintenance tasks.
• Move furniture and assist with office relocations when needed.
• Identify and address potential safety concerns to help ensure a secure environment.
• Complete work orders, project documentation, and required records.

PAY RATE: $16.63 per hour,

What You'll Do

As a Facilities Groundskeeper, you'll perform a variety of groundskeeping, maintenance, and facility support duties, including:

• Maintain agency grounds through mowing, mulching, raking, pruning, and general landscaping.
• Perform snow and ice removal, including shoveling, salting, and maintaining safe walkways.

Physical & Work Environment

This position requires regular outdoor work in varying weather conditions and the ability to perform physically active tasks. Responsibilities may include standing, walking, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying materials, working in confined spaces such as attics or crawlspaces, and wearing required safety equipment.
