Clean-Tech Company is seeking a dependable facilities team member to support floor care operations, campus cleanliness, grounds maintenance, snow and ice removal, event setups, and general facility support. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service.

Typical schedule is Mon-Fri or Wed-Sun with early morning shifts; training will cover operation of floor care equipment and safety protocols across campus facilities.

Qualifications

• Floor care experience and ability to operate specialized equipment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and customer service.
• Winter weather snow/ice removal takes priority when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning and floor care including buffing and sealing.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Oversee campus grounds tasks such as trash removal and debris checks.
• Support event setups/breakdowns and concierge duties as needed.
