You will perform routine maintenance, assist guests and vendors, coordinate with outside contractors, manage supplies and invoices, and support daily operations of the facility.

Responsibilities include trash removal, parking assistance, preventive maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical work, and minor construction tasks.
