Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, patching, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain buildings, seller spaces, offices, and market areas.
• Complete light carpentry, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance with equipment.
