Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Facilities Assistant / Landscaper to maintain the campus grounds and facilities in Bremerton, WA. You will perform landscaping, maintenance, and repair tasks to keep the environment welcoming for clients and staff, while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires hands‑on groundskeeping skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate basic equipment. We offer a collaborative team and a focus on care and community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in Washington state.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and facility maintenance independently and safely.
• Inspect grounds and remove litter daily.
• Mow, edge, prune shrubs/trees, weed, plant and fertilize as needed.
• Water and maintain lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees for health and appeal.
• Maintain tools and equipment; ensure safe operation.
