Ultipro in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Building / Grounds Maintenance II to oversee regular facility upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and grounds. This role involves preventive maintenance across Warren Equipment locations and hands-on repairs as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy lifting and travel up to 70%. A proactive safety mindset and clear communication are essential.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED; or one year related experience and/or training.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Desire to perform tasks safely, efficiently, and at high quality.
Ability to follow simple instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors, peers, and customers.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Ability to pass Worksteps pre-employment testing.

Mansioni

Maintain facilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building upkeep.
Carry out preventive maintenance at Warren Equipment locations on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wash rack, and compressor systems.
Maintain grounds, exterior lighting, parking lots, trash detail, wash rack repair, and sign repair.
Perform small construction projects such as painting, drywall patching, floor tile, ceiling tile replacement, and lighting replacement.
Housekeeping duties in electrical, mechanical, and compressor rooms.
Set up and transport furniture for office personnel needs.
Assist Facilities leadership with special projects and duties.
