Job summary

Achasta Golf Club in Dahlonega, GA, part of Troon Golf, LLC, is seeking a detail‑oriented Golf Services Attendant. The role supports all outside golf operations, including cart fleet management, driving range upkeep, and guest assistance.

You will help maintain cleanliness and safety across the course and practice areas while coordinating with the Pro Shop. Ideal candidates have golf exposure, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Prior golf experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated; able to take initiative without supervision.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and bend frequently.
• Able to work outdoors in hot and cold weather.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support all outside golf operations, including cart fleet management.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner; assist golfers with loading and unloading bags.
• Stage and maintain golf carts; ensure carts are stocked and clean.
• Maintain driving range and practice areas; keep range stocked and equipment organized.
• Report golfer complaints promptly to the Assistant Golf Professional.
• Coordinate with Pro Shop to maintain cart availability and assist with tournaments and outings.
