Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; three years of maintenance experience.
• Equivalent combo of education and experience acceptable.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License required.
• Pesticide Applicator’s License and Freon Certification may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair, replace, and maintain structures and equipment.
• Operate light equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Prepare daily work orders and related paperwork.
• Move and relocate equipment and furniture as directed.
• Perform grounds maintenance tasks: mowing, trash pickup, grading, and related duties.
• Assist in basic maintenance of classrooms, offices, and sport areas.
• Perform other similar duties as needed.
