Job summary

FirstService Residential in Bluffton, SC is seeking Maintenance Techs to handle grounds, property and building upkeep for the association. You will implement preventive maintenance, respond to requests, and coordinate with the property manager to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, basic trades knowledge, and proficiency with MS Office. It is a full-time, on-site position with on-call responsibilities, competitive hourly pay at $26

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs.
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and common areas.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers and power tools.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as assigned.
• Document maintenance activities and report to the Community Manager.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with pool and amenity prep.
