Qualifications

• Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
• Able to add/subtract two-digit numbers and work with US currency/measurements.
• Able to handle standardized situations with occasional/no variables.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Able to safely use basic maintenance/landscape tools (shovels, rakes, blowers, mowers, drills, sanders).
• Must understand English well enough to read safety instructions for materials and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, public areas and amenities in a community.
• Perform floor care for carpet, tile, wood floors including vacuuming/extracting/buffing.
• Remove trash and debris from community areas.
• Maintain grounds including sidewalks, walkways and exterior areas.
• Perform basic maintenance related work requests.
• Mow lawn, trim shrubs, and cultivate flowers (varies by community).
• Notify management about repairs when needed.
• Report unsafe conditions promptly to Supervisor.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
