Ozark Regional Transit is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to uphold the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of its facilities, grounds, bus shelters, and equipment in Springdale, AR. The role covers routine maintenance, minor repairs, custodial tasks, landscaping, mowing, and waste removal to ensure welcoming waiting areas for riders.

• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to facilities, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Clean offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
• Wash, disinfect, and maintain passenger shelters and waiting areas.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Assist maintenance staff with facility projects and special tasks.
• Communicate facility needs to supervisors in a timely manner.
