Job summary

Missouri Ozarks Community Health is seeking a full-time Maintenance/Custodian to support the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of seven clinic locations and the Wellness Center.

The role requires independent work across multiple sites, reliable attendance, and the ability to perform routine and preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and groundskeeping. A company vehicle is provided for travel between locations, and some early or extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance, custodial work, facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field.
• Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at multiple locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with maintenance and custodial work.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record required.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening before employment can begin

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on clinic facilities and equipment.
• Inspect, assess, and repair or coordinate repairs for malfunctioning equipment and building systems.
• Perform basic maintenance related to air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, bathrooms, and other facility needs.
• Track and coordinate routine maintenance for company vehicles.
• Move office furniture, equipment, and other items as needed.
• Maintain the appearance and grounds of all clinic locations.
• Perform mowing, landscaping, and other seasonal outdoor maintenance.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and other areas throughout clinic facilities.
• Remove and dispose of trash and other waste.
• Perform floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and other necessary cleaning.
• Clean glass doors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Assistance with snow removal duties performed as needed at clinical sites.
• Monitor and replenish custodial and restroom supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable facilities for patients, visitors, and employees.
• Travel between clinic locations as assigned.
• Perform other maintenance and custodial duties as needed.
