Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; NC driver's license; experience in maintenance, landscaping and construction work.
• Must be reliable, self-motivated and capable of working with a maintenance team.
• Essential functions include planning, inspecting, and performing grounds and facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local parks, athletic fields and equipment.
• Operate trucks, tractors, mowers and field machines as needed.
• Perform electrical, carpentry, painting and plumbing tasks as required.
• Conduct pest control and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Assist with grounds improvement projects and routine inspections.
