Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in laboring work with maintenance or construction.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Valid PA non-commercial Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and grounds to support daily operations.
• Make minor repairs using carpentry, electrical, plumbing tools.
• Assist skilled trades workers as a helper.
• Operate trucks, snowplows, salt spreaders, food truck, and transport vehicles.
• Assist at water and sewage plant with basic tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and simple repairs on powered equipment.
