Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to perform non-technical building upkeep, grounds maintenance, light custodial work, and minor repairs at a facilities site in Idaho.

The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function, handling preventive tasks, responding to requests, maintaining lighting and cleanliness, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic MS Office skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (stooping, standing, climbing stairs).
• Basic writing/communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greenhouses and common areas.
• Dust, wash, and keep walls, doors, and windows clean.
• Sweep, leaf-blow, and sanitize outdoor areas and parking lot.
• Load and transport trash and discarded plant material.
• Assist with minor repairs and general labor as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company directives.
