About The Role

The Grounds Keeper’s primary objective is to keep our feed manufacturing facilities functionally and aesthetically sound. This role is important to the success of our business as our facilities are the first thing a customer or guest sees when they arrive. The role requires someone with a positive attitude, willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Responsible for sweeping and housekeeping (indoor and outdoor)
• Accountable for mowing and landscaping
• In charge of properly disposing of flush
• Assist in cleaning grain bins
• Support the maintenance team as needed

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous forklift experience (preferred)
• 1-2 years’ manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Able to climb ladders and comfortable with heights
• No fear of confined spaces
• Willing to work outside in all weather conditions
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly
