Job Skills / Requirements

Groundskeepers are responsible for providing quality landscape services that meet or exceed client and management standards. Tasks may include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler repair.

Essential Functions

• Prepare trucks with equipment and supplies for daily tasks
• Perform groundskeeping activities such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, debris removal, and operating powered equipment
• Handle snow removal and salting during winter
• Maintain and repair grounds and equipment
• Plant and maintain flower beds and landscaping features
• Perform equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Other duties as assigned, including snow removal during nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred
• Experience in lawn care and operation of lawn machinery beneficial
