Job summary

Hop Shops, a division of Valor Oil, is hiring a Facilities Associate to keep the Hop Shop and grounds tidy and operational in Verona, KY. Immediate start; pay $15.00 hourly with multiple shifts available.

Responsibilities include exterior grounds maintenance, fuel pump care, interior sanitation, and inventory support, with a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds per shift.
• Stock shelves, coolers and displays.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and manage trash disposal.
• Work in a cooler at 36°F for up to 30 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Exterior Grounds Maintenance: maintain curb appeal by cleaning parking lots, washing pump pads and sidewalks, and landscaping tasks.
• Safety & Environmental Compliance: promptly identify and treat spills and maintain sanitation for exterior equipment.
• Fuel Station & Pump Care: clean pumps and nozzles and replenish windshield washer fluid and towels.
• Interior Facility Sanitation: clean restrooms, sanitize cooler doors/windows, and keep back room organized.
• Inventory & General Operations: bag ice, stock fountain drinks, manage waste, and provide general housekeeping support.
