Job summary

Hop Shops, a division of Valor Oil, is seeking a Facilities Associate to keep the Hop Shop and grounds tidy and operational. Pay is $15.00 hourly with multiple shifts; location is Maineville, OH and start is immediate.

Responsibilities include exterior grounds maintenance, safety compliance, fuel pump cleaning, interior sanitation, and general store support. Physical ability to lift 50 lb and work in a cooler may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and carry items per shift.
• Stock merchandise, shelves, coolers and displays.
• Tolerance for gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Sweep, mop and dust to maintain clean facilities.
• Work in a cooler at 36°F for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and ensure curb appeal by cleaning parking areas and pump pads.
• Perform safe handling and cleanup of fuel/oil spills with absorbents.
• Clean and sanitize fuel pumps, nozzles, and customer amenities.
• Uphold interior cleanliness, restrooms, coolers and back room organization.
• Support daily operations by bagging ice, restocking fountain drinks and general housekeeping.
