Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Building Support Specialist (BSS) to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will support the Facilities Team with front-desk operations, building rounds, event setup, and ticket triage to keep the site safe and welcoming.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive, with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and direct them appropriately.
• Monitor building conditions and safety protocols.

• Triaging maintenance or safety issues via ticketing system.
• Support Facilities Team with daily building rounds.
