Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment including backpack vacuums and floor scrubbers.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and move items as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following procedures.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk coverage during breaks, lunches, or full days as needed.
• Register visitors and create visitor badges; greet clients and guests professionally.
• Answer and route calls using Microsoft Teams; support mailroom and general facilities tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness across restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• Support conference room setup and catering as needed.
• Follow safety policies and collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
