Job summary

KBR is seeking a Laborer, Foreman for a temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico. The role involves overseeing shower, latrine, and laundry facilities supporting military dining operations, with a 70-hour work week projected through fall 2026.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and reporting to the Site Manager. Candidates must have US citizenship or permanent resident status and relevant supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, custodial services, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory, leadership, or management experience.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and quality standards for facilities like showers, latrines, laundry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct personnel supporting shower, latrine, and laundry facility operations.
• Assign daily work activities and monitor productivity and service quality.
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and mission-ready.
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance and safety deficiencies.
• Maintain inventory of custodial and operational supplies.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct workforce training.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports for the Site Manager.
• Oversee subcontracted personnel to ensure contract compliance.
