Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a General Services Specialist in Lakeland, FL for the Florida DCF Central Region. This onsite contract role requires a valid Florida driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally by state vehicle.

You will manage fleet, facility upkeep, IT equipment moves, supplies, and safety compliance, reporting to supervisors while keeping sites ready and safe. The position emphasizes independence and proactive communication.

Formación

• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a level 2 background screening and clear MVR.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to speak and understand English.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience in supply/warehouse management (1 year).
• Experience maintaining a fleet of vehicles (6 months).
• Experience with OSHA and safety regulations (6 months).
• Experience conducting facility site inspections (6 months).
• Experience with IT equipment (6 months).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and accounting for PPE and DSNAP inventory and distribution systems.
• Comply with CFOP vehicle management and maintain state vehicles.
• Maintain ERV (Emergency Response Vehicles & Trailers).
• Assist with day-to-day department needs and with moves.
• Handle key management and keycard system across sites.
• Dispose of surplus materials and furniture per CFOP.
• Supply furniture/desks as needed; install whiteboards and corkboards.
• Ensure sites are prepared with necessary equipment and tools.
• Assist IT with equipment moves during large transitions.
• Move large items safely using appropriate hand dollies.
• Coordinate facility inspections and safety compliance.
• Support disaster management preparations and recovery efforts.
