Job summary

EOG Resources is seeking a field-oriented facilities and fleet coordinator to support multiple office locations in Texas and surrounding states. The role requires coordinating fleet-related tasks, standard office maintenance, and ensuring supplies and spaces are ready for operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be a reliable team player, and hold a valid Texas driver’s license. Expect moderate travel to field offices and collaborative work across departments.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of facilities, fleet coordination and maintenance experience needed.
  • Heavy lifting (30 lbs.) will be required.
  • Good communications skills and ability to work with all levels within the organization.
  • Frequent travel to field offices.
  • Willingness to support and be a team player.
  • Valid TX driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

  • Field contact person for fleet vehicles including tracking oil changes, safety inspections, repairs, etc.
  • Inspect field offices and make minor repairs.
  • Frequent travel to office locations to make special deliveries.
  • Ordering, delivering and restocking office supplies at all locations.
  • Inspect HVAC and change air filters on units; clean outside coils as needed.
  • Mow and trim grass on all locations; clean up area as needed.
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and projects for all buildings.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings and trainings.
  • Assist employees with relocations of offices.
  • Miscellaneous projects such as moving furniture, hanging bulletin boards, pictures, sweeping floors.
