Job summary

CPI Security is seeking a dependable Facilities Maintenance/Fleet Lead based in Charlotte, NC. You will help keep facilities, equipment, and fleet operating safely and efficiently, performing general repairs and coordinating preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires hands-on, organized work and the ability to travel up to 30% to support multiple locations. Competitive benefits and a team-focused culture are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance, fleet, facilities, or related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work (plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and vehicle servicing).
• Support preventive maintenance programs and service schedules for facilities, equipment, and fleet assets.
• Coordinate and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly work by outside vendors.
• Operate maintenance tools safely, including hand tools, pressure washers, ladders, and related equipment.
• Communicate with the Asset Manager and teams regarding maintenance needs and completed work.
• Prioritize daily assignments to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic tracking and administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
• Travel to assigned locations to support maintenance and fleet operations.
