Western Carolina University is seeking an Assistant Director of Facilities Finance & Administration to support the financial and business management of Facilities Management at the Cullowhee campus. The role reports to the Director and AVC, handling budgets, procurement, billing, and related processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or related business area.
• Two years of administrative management or business management experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Journey level requires bachelor's degree plus two years admin management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the financial and business management of the Facilities Management department.
• Support the Director and Associate Vice Chancellor in operating budget and finance, strategic planning, personnel, office procedures management, accounts payable, billing, motor pool transportation service, surplus property management, procurement, inventory control, warehouse management, and computer systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
