Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, assigns, supervises, reviews, and participates in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance.
• Allocates resources and monitors budgets and expenditures for maintenance services.
• Trains staff in facility maintenance and safety methods and develops preventive programs.
• Develops cost estimates and coordinates contracts for maintenance and contract services.
