Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to join the HDMA team. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements for building and utility operations to deliver reliable facilities.

You will develop skills through Honda training programs and contribute to safety, efficiency, and customer service goals across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of facilities low and medium voltage electrical equipment and Building Management Systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment such as HVAC, Refrigeration, Air Compressors, Boilers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Plumbing & Piping.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment and systems.
• Evaluate equipment improvements to enhance availability and reliability; revise Preventative Maintenance accordingly.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and diagnose problems to minimize downtime.
• Support a reliability-centered maintenance program and share knowledge to improve operations.
