Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance or facilities management.
• 2+ years in supervisory or management roles.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems.
• Experience with machining equipment and CMMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for facility equipment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance technicians and staff.
• Manage maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and building systems.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of vacuum furnace systems and associated components.
• Coordinate furnace shutdowns, repairs, and major rebuilds to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality standards compliance for high-temperature processing equipment.
• Maintain CNC equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Oversee external contractors and service providers.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and capital expenditures.
• Analyze maintenance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
• Lead facility improvement and renovation projects.
• Collaborate with production and leadership to ensure reliability.
